In November 2008 Mortimer Isaacs Consultancy were overjoyed with our first formal framework appointment, this was to the Imperial College London Third Generation Framework.
10 years on and we are proud to have undertaken over 200 projects with the College, from the very first day of business our ethos has been to become long term exemplar members of our clients supply chains and we are delighted this approach still stands today. We look forward to working with Imperial College London for many years to come.
We are delighted to be working with Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on their Estates rationalisation programme to create a variety of clinical and non-clinical space. These multi-faceted projects give us a great insight into the entire Estate of our new Client.

Works are commencing in the LSE New Academic Building to provide a fully vegetarian and vegan café, the café has been developed in response to student request for more vegan options on campus. We are proud to be working on this project which is responding to student needs and the change in demographic.
Alan Isaacs recently attended the official opening of the Simon Jarvis Lecture Theatre at The Sixth Form College Farnborough. Mortimer Isaacs were commissioned to undertake the Project Management and Quantity Surveying services on this new build project to provide a new 200 seat lecture theatre facility. The facility was opened by Michael Gove MP and the lecture theatre has been widely praised by staff and students alike.
We are delighted to have begun our first commission with Hightown Housing Association on a 41 unit site in High Wycombe, we look forward to working with the team to provide this much needed affordable housing.
Works have completed at Goldsmiths, University of London on the renovation of the George Wood Theatre. The refurbished space has provided the College with a contemporary theatre seating up to 200 people and two new studio spaces.
We are proud to have secured our place on The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust Framework, we have worked with The Royal Marsden for 10 years and are immensely proud to be associated with the fantastic work they do.
We are proud to have secured our first project with King’s College London. The scheme involves the refurbishment of the existing M&E infrastructure within the James Black Centre. We look forward to working with the team on this exciting and challenging commission.
