Mortimer Isaacs are committed to our Quality & Environmental Management System.  November saw our transition to the new 2015 standard, we were delighted that our commitment was recognised and the new standard achieved.

Office Refurbishment

Mortimer Isaacs were appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the Cat A and B fit out of Floors 1 and 3 at Titan Court, accommodation which is owned by University of Hertfordshire and leased on the rental market.  The space was recently handed over to the new tenants who were delighted with the high quality end result.

JAGS Sports Club

Works recently completed on the new build Copper Beech Café located within the grounds of JAGS Sports Club, the site was surrounded by an occupied and fully operational sports club building.  The team worked closely together to achieve the high quality design

We are delighted to have secured several new commissions with QMUL, including the John Vane Science Centre AC upgrade works, we look forward to working with the team on this project.

Project completion at Goldsmiths, University of London

January saw the handover of the Hatch Lab project to Goldsmiths, University of London.  The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing area to provide workshop and teaching space within the St James Hatcham Building.

The new space has been extremely well received by staff and students.
